• Echocardiography (Echo): Examination using high-frequency sound waves to visualize heart structure, chamber size, valve function, and the pumping efficiency of the heart muscle.

• Exercise Stress Test (EST): Assessment of heart function during physical activity (treadmill) to evaluate for ischemia when the heart demands more oxygen.

• Dobutamine Stress Echocardiography (DSE): Heart function assessment using medication stimulation combined with echocardiography; suitable for patients with physical limitations who cannot run on a treadmill, to evaluate for myocardial ischemia.

• Exercise Stress Echocardiography: Echocardiography combined with exercise to compare heart contraction at rest versus after exertion, increasing accuracy in diagnosing coronary artery disease.

• Tilt Table Test: A test to evaluate unexplained fainting (syncope) using an adjustable table to identify causes related to autonomic nervous system dysfunction.

• Ankle-Brachial Index (ABI): Measurement of blood pressure ratios to assess stiffness and blockages in peripheral arteries (arms and legs).

• Carotid Doppler: Ultrasound examination of the carotid arteries to evaluate blood flow to the brain and screen for stroke risk.

Cardiac Catheterization Lab (Cath Lab)

Our Heart Center is equipped with an international-standard Cath Lab, providing both diagnostic and treatment services via catheterization, eliminating the need for open-heart surgery:

• Coronary Angiogram (CAG): Injection of contrast dye to visualize the location and severity of coronary artery blockages.

• Percutaneous Coronary Intervention (PCI): Treatment of narrowed coronary arteries using Balloon Angioplastyand Stent placement.

• Structural Heart Intervention: Minimally invasive treatment for structural heart defects via catheter, such as the closure of septal defects (holes in the heart).

• Hemodynamic Monitoring: Measurement of blood pressure inside various heart chambers to meticulously evaluate heart function.
